Welcome to our not-so-secret Chicago-style deep dish pizza menu!
We need at least an hour to make our pizzas and we have a limited oven capacity, so don’t wait until the last minute to order. You can schedule your pizzas for pickup Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between 12:30 and 7:00 PM by calling 804-716-2456.
Par-cooked frozen pizzas that you can heat up at home can be purchased anytime, subject to availability.
Our pizzas feature a crispy and flaky butter crust filled with cheese, meat, and tomato sauce. These 9-inch pies feed two people. All meats except pepperoni are made in-house with local pasture-raised pork.
Cheese Pizza ($15)
Made with half a pound of sliced mozzarella cheese.
Italian Sausage Pizza ($20)
The Chicago classic! House-made Italian sausage pressed into a solid patty and cooked as the pizza bakes. (Also available with pre-cooked crumbled sausage.)
Pepperoni Pizza ($20)
Pepperoni is made in Chicago with pasture-raised pork by Tempesta Artisan Salumi.
Sausage and Pepperoni ($25)
Crumbled Italian sausage and pepperoni.
Ham Pizza ($20)
Smoky house-made ham.
Bacon Pizza ($20)
Flavorful house-made bacon.
Barbecue Pizza ($25)
Your choice of barbecued meat (add $1.25 for beef), onions, and our Central Virginia barbecue sauce instead of tomato sauce. Vegetarian smoked portobello mushroom barbecue pizzas are $20.
Additional Toppings
You can add one additional meat for $5. If you want sausage and a second meat, the sausage will be crumbled. Add onions, green peppers, jalapeño peppers (fresh or smoked), mushrooms, or hot giardiniera for $2 each.
Note: adding extra toppings increases the cook time and will result in a darker crust.
